Charla: Cybercrime trends, threats, and challenges

A review of trends in cybercrime from both the criminal and law enforcement perspective.  Cyber security threats and the challenges they impose will also be discussed. Actual case investigations and jurisdictional issues will be covered. This global perspective will be presented in English.




Dr. Greg Gogolin is a Distinguished Professor at Ferris State University. He teaches in the graduate and undergraduate Information Security & Intelligence programs. His Ph.D. is from Michigan State University, and his research efforts currently center around recovery of data from damaged storage media.
