It is rather new.

February 2007, but the latest update was on June 2007.
VERY GOOD. Very easy to understand and follow.
It is like a bunch of lecture notes of very high quality.
I really liked this thesis.
Best works on economics and networks
Van der Leij 2006,
Economics of Networks: Theory and Empirics.
This thesis is very interesting.
The first chapters are about the typical complex and
social networks stuff, but chapter 5 and 6 are pure
economics stuff: labor market and transport networks.
If you know something about transport economics,
you will recognize the circle model!
Borgatti ????,
a presentation about Social Capital.
The history of definitions and theories behind it.
A must read (or watch) if you are interested in
social capital.
